Quality, trusted support and customized, those are KDL – Legal’s core values. KDL - Legal provides commercial professional services tailored to the client’s needs. You have a judicial problem and together we will solve it.
KDL – Legal mainly represents corporations active locally and interregional, with or without international connections. KDL – Legal also assists individual professionals.
KDL – Legal is specialized in employment law and general corporate law. It is not always about a legal “problem”. The image of an attorney at law who comes into action when there is a (potential) conflict and ends up in court to solve it, is only part of the equation. KDL – Legal, with its advisory role, wants to help her clients with the prevention of conflicts and legal proceedings.

Who
Founder Kimberley de l'Isle has over fifteen years of experience, gained by working at the largest commercial law firm in the Dutch Caribbean, VanEps Kunneman VanDoorne, from 2003 to 2005 and from 2007 to 2017. From 2005 to 2007 Kimberley worked for one of the largest law firms in Aruba, Croes Wever Tchong.
In the past fifteen years she gained a lot of experience in the areas of employment-, corporate-, banking and finance law, where she developed excellent problem solving and management skills. The last few years Kimberley specialized mainly in employment law. With these personal acquirements she built up a broad portfolio with clients from amongst others the hospitality and tourism industry, banking and telecommunication sector and utility companies, corporations whose interests she served with much passion and success.
She is ready for her next challenge: continuing this mission independently under the name KDL -Legal.
Kimberley is also a member of the Social Economic Council of Curacao.

KDL ensures transparency when it comes to costs. At the beginning an estimate of the costs will be given and at the end the invoice is accompanied by a detailed specification and the work done and time spent. Alternative fee arrangements are also possible.
